I Michael Schwartz of the Township of Stephen in the county of Huron province of Ontario, yeoman in a very feeble state of health but of sound mind and memory do make publish and declare this to be my last will and testament. First, I institute my beloved friends Henry Sweitzer and John Kuhn ___ . as executors and my beloved wife Magdalena Schwartz as executrix of this my last will and testament directing my said executors to pay all my just debts and funeral expenses and the legacies hereinafter mention out of my estate. Second, I give and bequith unto my beloved wife all my household furniture beds and beddings and all my wearing apparel and one cow as her share for her sole and only use.
