Mrs. Eckle, foster mother of Annie Turina Gubberud
Annie Turina "Tina" was a toddler when her mother died. Annie was sent first to live with the Iverson's. Later she was taken in by Mrs. Eckle for the purpose of providing unpaid domestic service.
Annie's father visited Annie once and gave her a new dress and a straw hat. He never returned. His new wife did not want contact with his children from his first marriage.
