  Died: Exeter Times Advocate, December 28, 1950 pg 1 Percy Hewitt Dies After Heart Attack Percy Hewitt, died Wednesday a.m. but felt well through the holidays. He was born at Farquhar (on Thames Rd. between Exeter and Russelldale.) and was a resident of Exeter for past 32 years. He was 12 years employed with the Department of Highways as patrolman on Highways 4, 83, and 84, and was considered a very capable employee. He is survived by his wife, Priscilla Cornish, 3 sons, [...], 2 daughters, [...]. One brother, Austin, of Detroit, and 3 sisters, Mrs. Ella Lamport, Mrs. Hector Rowcliffe and Mrs. Charles Godbolt(of London, Usborne and Exeter respectively). Burial was in Exeter Cemetery.
