    • 1911 census shows Casper and Elizabeth living with daughter Lizzie Snell and son-in-law John Snell.

    • Accounts vary regarding when Casper Weber came to Canada from Germany. Accounts given the year of immigration between 1841 and 1850. Casper Weber was a stone mason in Zurich, Hay Township, Huron County, Ontario. He and Elizabeth raised their family at N 1/2 lot 23, con 14, Hay Township. Casper Weber's tender of $403 to build a township hall in Zurich was approved by council in 1861.
